Recent expansion has created the need for an experience customer service administrator with the personality & attention to detail to provide all of the customers with excellent support.
Based in the office and working with a dynamic and motivated team other duties include providing project management support for the salesteam, including order processing, delivery schedules and tracking progress to the end; processing of large quantities of works orders; preparing and handling quotation enquiries from the large & varied customer groups; dealing with after sales enquiries in a timely and sensitive manner.
The ideal candidate will be an experience customer service administrator used to working in a busy sales environment ideally with a product manufacturer (preference from lighting/ electrical/ electronics sector). You should have the ability to learn new technical information quickly to support the launch of new products. Working knowledge of Microsoft excel & word is essential & of Sage line 50 would be a distinct advantage.
