Area Specification Manager – Lighting
Northern Home Counties (HP, AL, LU, SG, MK, NN)
A well‑established UK manufacturer of high‑quality lighting solutions is seeking an experienced Area Specification Manager to develop and grow project specifications across the Northern Home Counties.
The Role
You will promote a premium range of lighting products into:
- Local Authorities
- Healthcare (NHS Trusts & private healthcare)
- Education (schools, colleges, universities)
- End‑User clients
Your focus will be on building strong relationships with key specifiers, developing project pipelines, and securing specifications from concept through to completion.
What We’re Looking For
- Background in lighting or electrical products
- Strong network within local authorities, healthcare and education sectors
- Proven success in specification sales
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Confident communicator with strong technical understanding
