National Account Manager
C£50,000 basic + Company car + expenses
Our client is a well-established designer & manufacturer of LED lighting products providing a quality portfolio of products into the electrical wholesaler industry.
This represents a new opportunity to manage one of their top wholesale accounts on a National basis - managing, maintaining and building excellent long term relationships and trust with them, management of national contractual negotiations and creating, developing and rolling out of strategic sales plans to the key account customer group with the aim of profit maximisation.
You will be scheduling, planning and attending regular meetings with customers at their premises and on site around the UK with the aim of delivering high quality and professional sales presentations and product pitches to senior members of the key account customer group. You will be managing national marketing campaigns, assisting the external sales team with increasing business with the key account group and introducing them to relevant contacts to assist in the relationship building
The ideal candidate will have senior level experience of working with wholesaler groups, account management experience with proven results of building excellent relationship, highly proficient in the use of IT and CRM systems, confident with presenting to large groups of senior customers. You should have experience of working with LED lighting products, be organised and able to work autonomously and willing and able to travel across the UK regularly with regular stays away from home.
