Project Sales Manager – London ‘Value Engineering’
£40,000-£45,000 basic + open ended comm/bonus + car allowance + pension
Exciting times ahead for this well established manufacturer whose core business is high end architectural/ commercial lighting solutions sold to architects, designers and M&E consultants throughout the UK for prestigious projects within hospitality, retail and commercial applications.
You will be spearheading the launch of a new range of quality commercial lighting products including downlights, as a value engineered proposition to M&E contractors and D&B contractors throughout London & South East. You will be fully supported by the Sales Director and have the technical backup and administrative support of the Essex office.
This represents a unique career opportunity for a proactive, motivated construction sales professional to take ownership of this competitive, well-engineered portfolio of products with huge potential. You will be given an existing pipeline of projects and introduced to established clients but growth will be delivered by your focussed energy in business development and generating your own leads within this sector. The ideal candidate will be a sales professional who understands the specification chain within the construction industry; someone who is excited and motivated about this new opportunity. You should be experienced in and capable of seeking new projects, identifying key decision makers, tracking projects from specification to order, through all stages - and primarily be contractor focussed to win VE projects.
