Salary: £60,000–£72,000 (incl. car allowance) + bonus & commission Location: South East / London
2. Specification Sales Manager
Salary: £50,000–£60,000 (incl. car allowance) + bonus, commission & car allowance Location: Northern Home Counties / Midlands
About the Roles
Due to continued expansion, this well‑established lighting manufacturer is creating two new positions within its specification sales team. These roles offer the chance to represent an excellent portfolio of innovative lighting solutions — including downlights and linear systems — across a wide range of applications such as high‑end residential and hospitality projects.
You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with:
- Lighting consultants
- Architects & designers (A&D)
- M&E contractors
What We’re Looking For
You should be an experienced lighting salesperson with:
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a high‑performing team
Strong, proven contacts within the specification sector
A track record of winning and managing specification‑led projects
A proactive, determined approach to business development
