Technical Sales Administrator Custom made Products
£20,000 - £25,000 basic
Our client is an expanding, well-established manufacturer of design led innovative products and this new role covers the complete sales administrative function from dealing with customers, following up on quotations, processing orders and database management.
You will be liaising with customers including designers, architects and contractors about product, project and sales enquiriesand processing works orders accurately and checking it makes sense technically; following up with Pro-forma invoices to obtain payments in adequate time for dispatch.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales administrator, reliable, organized, self motivated and confident in handling telephone calls and a quick learner. You should have good technical understanding, electrical experience a bonus or at least technically minded to understand electrical information and drawings. Good communication/ listening skills essential as is a working knowledge of MS Word/ Excel, knowledge of Sage (S.O.P.) and of export procedures would be an advantage (initially this will be a 12 month maternity cover position)
