Technical Support Officer – Circuit Protection – Office based – Northamptonshire
£40,000 – £45,000 Basic + Pension + Private Medical Insurance + 25 Days holiday
Our client, a manufacturer and distributor of high-quality circuit protection solutions, is looking for an experienced technical support specialist to be based at their Northamptonshire headquarters.
You will be the front line of technical support and troubleshooting assistance for electrical circuit protection products, assisting customers with product selection, installation and operation queries, as well as conducting product training and demonstrations for clients and internal staff.
The ideal candidate will be educated to BTec Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent), with proven experience within the electrical industry including circuit protection, as well as sound knowledge of the LV electrical marketplace in the UK.
