Lighting Designer/ Project Manager – residential/ hospitality applications

£35,000 - £45,000 basic + hybrid potential

Exciting times for this innovative and creative, Independent Lighting Design Consultancy. Expansion has created an opportunity for an experienced scheme designer seeking a career move to further develop, learn and grow with this young business.

You will be involved in the full management of the project from initial client brief, designing and presenting a solution, managing the project through to handover which can include supplying products, offering bespoke/ custom fittings and dealing with contractors/ clients on site – an all encompassing design and project management function.

The ideal candidate will be a creative designer who can manage projects, competent in AutoCAD, dialux/relux, Microsoft offices who has an appreciation and understanding of products (knowing their strengths and limitations). You should have on site experience or at least have the desire and personality to be customer facing. Ideally you will have 3-5 years design experience, still wanting career progression, mentoring and development. You will need to be a car owner/ driver.
