This well established independent Lighting Design Consultancy has an enviable list of clients and projects completed throughout the GCC encompassing hospitality, masterplans, new museums & galleries. Expansion and increased workload have created this exciting career opportunity to utilise your innovative and creative design skills, project management ability and supervisory experience.

You will be managing and running a team of lighting designers throughout the life cycle of multiple projects, involved in resourcing, performance management, business development and commercial tracking. You will be building relationships with existing clients and forming strong bonds with new clients and winning new work on an on-going basis. Within your remit of delivering projects of a world class quality, it is expected that you will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery.

The ideal candidate should have 10 years of lighting design experience within all applications including hospitality, working at a high level within an independent for a fee-based Lighting Design Consultancy. You should have a proven track record of running teams and delivering high class work consistently through leadership, inspiration and offering innovative solutions. You should have a balance of both technical and creative skills and be competent working on luxury/ prestigious projects including 5-star restaurants, hotels and spas focussing on the level of detail required.
